Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the public Relax Mind Wellness Clinic website handles information. The website offers educational content about mental health care, phone links for calling the clinic, and links to outside sites.

It does not cover clinical care. Information you share during appointments, intake, or treatment is handled by the clinic outside this website. Ask the clinic for its applicable patient privacy notices, including a Notice of Privacy Practices where required. This website policy is not a statement of HIPAA certification or a substitute for clinical privacy notices.

The website currently has no forms, patient accounts, booking portal, payment pages, newsletter sign-up, or chat. You cannot submit symptoms, health history, or clinical records through it.

Like any website, loading a page sends technical requests. Depending on configuration, the hosting provider may process information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the page URL you requested, and the time of the request. The website's own code does not store this information.

The hosting platform may also provide automatic pageview analytics when the site owner enables it. Those platform records are separate from the website's own limited call-tap event described below, and the limits on that event do not guarantee that platform records exclude the address of a specific service page you visited.

When you tap an instrumented phone link, the website may send an event named clinic_call_click if an analytics tool provided by the host is present. Our custom fields include only a general page category (for example, home or service detail) and where the button sits on the page (for example, footer). These fields do not include the specific condition page, the page address, your phone number, or anything you say. It records a tap, not whether a call happened.

The hosting or analytics service may attach its own technical metadata, including a page address, independently of these custom fields. The website does not record call audio.

If you call or otherwise contact the clinic, anything you share is voluntary and handled by the clinic outside this website. Please do not send symptoms or other sensitive health details through social media messages or ordinary email, which may not be secure. Calling (346) 631-5376 is the recommended way to start.

• Hosting: Replit hosts the website and processes technical requests to deliver pages.
• Fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive standard request information such as your IP address.
• Outside links: links to Google Maps, Facebook, and Instagram open those services, which apply their own privacy policies.

Technical information is used to deliver and secure the website and to understand general usage. Call-tap categories help the clinic understand, in general terms, which parts of the site help people get in touch.

The website uses encrypted connections and avoids collecting sensitive information by design. No online system can be guaranteed fully secure. Retention of hosting and analytics records depends on the providers involved; contact the clinic if you would like the applicable information.
